Job summary

Foothill Regional Medical Center in Tustin, CA is seeking a Surgical Technician to support the Operating Room team and uphold a sterile, safe surgical environment.

You will assist before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety, proper instrument handling, and adherence to HIPAA and infection prevention protocols. Compensation is $28.00 - $42.00 per hour, with in-person onsite work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Understanding of basic medical terminology.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Computer literacy and proficiency.

Compensation: $28.00 - $42.00 / hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to support our Operating Room team in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will assist with direct patient care activities before, during, and after surgical procedures while maintaining a safe, sterile, and efficient operating environment.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis. The hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780.The total compensation target pay range for this role is $28.00 - $42.00 hourly depending upon experience. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
