Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. The role focuses on scrub duties, supporting anesthesia and Circulating staff, and maintaining sterile technique to ensure patient safety during procedures.

The position requires a Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology, BLS at hire, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, courteous, flexible, supportive, respectful attitude.
• Experience as a Surgical Technologist in the operating room is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the scrub role during surgical procedures and coordinate with OR staff to support the team.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper setup, supplies, and room turnover.
• Support patient safety and contribute to intraoperative communication and efficiency.
