• Participates in time-out procedures.
• Attainment of extra supplies and equipment as needed.
• Sets up equipment independently.
• Participates as an active member of the Patient Care Team.
• Monitors and continually assesses operating room conditions, including patient and surgical team needs.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning on the operating table and covering with sterile drapes to prevent exposure.
• Knowledge of SPD Sterile Room.

Job Summary

Full time night position 36 hours: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday overnights at WDH in Dover, NH. Hiring new grads, Surg Techs with experience and FA's. $10K Sign on Bonus! Career ladder for Surg Techs. Summary:

• Under supervision, assists in operations.
• May help set up the operating room, prepare and transport patients for surgery, adjust lights and equipment, pass instruments and other supplies to surgeons and surgeons' assistants, hold retractors, cut sutures, and help count sponges, needles, supplies, and instruments.
