Qualifications

• Identify patient per HUP policy and maintain sterile practice.
• Promote infection control and aseptic technique in all procedures.
• Assist in case setup, instrument handling, and turnover.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments promptly.
• Count/verify instruments and supplies per OR policy.
