• Collaborates with healthcare staff to enhance patient care.
• Performs clinical and surgical functions in a multi-skilled role.
• Ensures supplies are available for all procedures.
• Obtains sterile instrumentation and communicates hand-off to decontamination.
• Completes qualifications to be a success coach (preceptor).
• Participates in at least two education or training programs annually.
• Supports quality and change projects and department meetings.
