Live Well Homecare is seeking a Surgical Technician to assist the surgical team in the operating room, ensuring equipment availability and proper functioning. You will help prepare and position instruments and maintain a safe OR environment.

Applicants should have a Surgical Tech program completion and relevant certifications; BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Prior OR experience preferred; this role is onsite in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program.
• One year of Surgical Tech experience preferred.
• Must hold one of the listed certifications.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Formation

High School Diploma or GED

Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program

Surgical Technician Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)

Surgical Technician Certification by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)

United States Military or U.S. Public Health Service Surgical Technology Program

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
