Surgical Technician II- Non Certified

JHH Labor and Delivery

Day shift 24 hours

12 hour shifts ( 2xs)

NO Call / Weekends REQUIRED ( Every 3rd Weekend)

Position Summary :

Under direction of a Registered Nurse performs duties in the operating room to assist the surgical team in surgical services, such as scrubbing on all types of operative procedures, obtaining and preparing instruments and equipment and maintaining a clean and safe surgical environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification provided by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network

Surgical Technologist II Non-Certified- Minimum of two years prior experience as a Surgical Technologist. High school diploma or equivalent.

Successful completion of Surgical Technologist Program (military Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of training program).

Salary Range: Minimum 34.68/hour - Maximum 40.24/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
