Qualificações

• Experience as an operating room or surgical technician in a hospital or ambulatory setting within the last 12 months; or graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program within the last 12 months.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED
• HS Diploma or Equivalent, CST preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care duties and unit support in the operating room suite.
• Assist in room preparation, obtain supplies, and set up cases per the preference card.
• Maintain instrument counts and assist with passing instruments during procedures.
• Adhere to patient safety goals and infection prevention standards.
• Mentor new employees and support department objectives.
