Sharp HealthCare is seeking an operating room/surgical technician to provide direct patient care and unit support in the OR suite. The role requires recent OR experience or graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, plus AHA BLS certification.

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $32.730 - $40.910 - $45.810
This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with SEIU-UHW. As part of the terms of employment, employees in this role are required to join the union within 31 days of hire and remain a member (e.g. dues paying, fee paying, religious exception contributor) for the duration of the collective bargaining agreement.

Consistently Fulfills Commitments For Additional Responsibilities. Does not require direction to use utilize down time effectively including, but not limited to assisting other staff, restocking of rooms, and instrument processing.
