To provide the surgical team with basic surgical assistance, ensuring patient comfort and providing quality patient care. To ensure surgical equipment and instruments are sterilized in accordance with UMMC infection control and regulatory standards.## Education & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:** NA## Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesSurgical techniques and equipment knowledge.
