The University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking a part-time Surgical Tech I-PRN for the Grenada location. This role is vital for preparing the operating room and providing essential support to surgical teams ensuring patient care and safety.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology program and possess knowledge of surgical techniques. Responsibilities also include maintaining sterilization standards and managing surgical equipment effectively.
Surgical Tech I-PRN - Grenada
To prepare the operating room for surgical procedures to ensure surgical equipment and instruments are properly functioning during surgical procedures. To provide the surgical team with basic surgical assistance, ensuring patient comfort and providing quality patient care. To ensure surgical equipment and instruments are sterilized in accordance with UMMC infection control and regulatory standards.
