Qualifikationen

• Set up cases per the surgeon's preference card and ensure instrument trays match lists.
• Assist with room preparation, obtain supplies, and maintain instrument counts and sterile technique.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and participate in teaching and mentoring new staff.
