The role requires CST/CSFA certification or equivalent post‑high school training and at least two years of OR experience, with on‑call responsibilities and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Post high school vocational training for CST or CSFA.
• Two years of OR experience is preferred.
• AHA BLS certification is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instrumentation, equipment and supplies for the assigned surgical specialty.
• Plan and coordinate intraoperative patient care and activities.
• Maintain scrub and circulating duties knowledge and participate in on-call schedule.
