Job summary

Blessing Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the intraoperative team. This role assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans for surgical patients, ensuring safety and quality throughout procedures.

Candidates must complete an accredited Surgical Technology program, with preference for one year of experience and certification. The position is non-exempt, onsite in Quincy, with generous benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

• Complete an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
• One year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of plans of nursing care by the intraop team.
• Provide services to age populations from neonate to geriatric with appropriate developmental considerations.
• Participate in fulfilling Blessing Health System's mission and ICARE standards.

PAY RATE: $23.55-$35.33

BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $2.25 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

Job Summary

This position is a team position taking responsibility in assisting with the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of nursing care provided by the intraop team.

This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

Education/Training/Experience

Required

• Complete an accredited Surgical Technology Program

Preferred

• One year experience preferred

License/Certifications/Special Requirements

• Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
