Qualifications

• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills and knowledge of surgical asepsis.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming surgical supply inventory.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts against system records to maintain accuracy.
• Support invoice processing and payment coordination for implants and surgical supplies.
• Collaborating with surgical specialty leads to ensure the right supplies are available for scheduled cases.
• Partner with the Operating Room nursing team, Supply Chain, Sterile Processing, and Surgical Services leadership to keep daily operations on track.
• Utilize Infor software to manage inventory data and supply workflows.
