Job summary

Mercy is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Stepdown unit at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The role is day shift, full-time (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other departments, and uphold Mercy's standards and patient rights. Candidates should hold an RN license in Missouri (or compact), have an ADN/ Diploma/ BSN, and preferably hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Licensure: Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• Experience: Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments; uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
