Voll Recruiting seeks an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA in Phoenix, AZ to assist neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons in open and MIS procedures in the operating room only. No cranial work; no clinic, orders, or hospital rounding.

1 year neuro/ortho spine first assisting preferred; relocation assistance offered. Schedule Monday–Friday, ~30–35 hours, no on-call or weekends; sign-on bonus $15,000; relocation stipend; quarterly bonus up to $8k; potential to move into leadership roles with

Qualifications

• Arizona PA or NP/RNFA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year neuro or ortho spine first assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting on neuro and ortho spine cases with microscope.
• Assist with retraction, suction, pedicle screws, rod placement and closing tissue.
