Overview

Responsibilities

• 1st assist? Assisting Orthopaedic and spine surgeons in the OR
• Be part of a team with seven existing PA/NP providers already tied to current physicians
• Support may include hospital rounding if negotiated and requested

Work Details

• Hours/Shifts/Weekends/Call: Primarily Monday to Friday OR times; normally no weekends or calls, but may be reviewed during interview with a particular Dr if additional assistance is desired
• EMR: Hospital EMR
• Patients per day: Primarily for OR; varies based on OR schedule. Not planning to have in-clinic visits unless negotiated

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation Range: Based on experience – 115K for 2 years Orthopaedics, 120K for 2 years Spine-specific
• Bonus structure: Productivity-based incentives
