Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in healthcare field.
• Experience providing direct patient care and/or experience in a surgical and/or sterile processing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, planning and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating innovative solutions and act as liaison for faculty and staff for surgical simulation training.
• Provide operational support for facilities, activities, and resources in the simulation center.
• Deliver technical and hands-on support for surgical simulation session preparation (hands-on setup, equipment, venue).
• Support faculty and staff research activities focused on educational and clinical outcomes.
