Job summary

CommonSpirit Health–Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) in Prescott, AZ, seeks an experienced Surgical Services RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across a fast-paced environment. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, patient advocacy, and timely delivery of skilled nursing care in a community hospital setting with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Must have Associate degree of Nursing and valid RN license in Arizona.
9+ months RN experience in general or skilled care.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Proven EKG competency or training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing systematic assessments focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and other statuses.
Formulate and implement goal-directed plans based on nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
Deliver thorough, skillful, and consistent care.
Set priorities for patient care based on needs and resources.
Evaluate care effectiveness with the health care team.
Collaborate within interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
