Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license.
• ADN required.
• CPR certification required (within 30 days).
• ACLS certification required (within 12 months).
• Ability to read, write and explain complex information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients.
• Coordinate care planning with caregivers and other departments.
• Maintain sterile OR environment during procedures.
• Entry of orders and documentation using Epic or related systems.
• Perform timely patient assessments and administer prescribed medications.
• Serve as patient advocate and on-call as required.
