Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license required.
• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.
• ACLS certification required or to be obtained within one year.
• Ability to read, write and explain medical information to staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with patient care across surgical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders.
• Take and record patient measurements.
• Assess patient condition and provide treatment.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Enter orders and manage documentation accurately in Epic.
• Maintain sterile field and instrument reprocessing.
• Participate in on-call schedule and respond within 30 minutes.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the care team.
