Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license as an RN in the State of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of ambulatory assessment and interventions experience.
• Experience in telephone nursing practice within an ambulatory practice setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.
• Plans, implements and evaluates the clinical staffing needs on a daily basis.
• Oversees patient care activities as necessary to assist staff and evaluate practice.
• Monitors patient complaints and ensures high patient satisfaction.
• Participates in development and implementation of clinical performance standards.
• Mentors staff and facilitates daily rounds for assigned clinical areas.
