Job summary

Qualifications

• Communicates in a clear concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patient.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records initial assessment and prioritizes care by patient age and symptoms.
• Re-assesses patients to identify progress requiring intervention.
• Develops and implements a measurable individualized plan of care within Nursing Standards of Care.
• Delivers timely interventions and documents outcomes.
• Coordinates team assignments and delegates patient care tasks.
• Promotes patient/customer satisfaction and effective communication.
