Quorum Health Corporation seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Surgical Services at Big Bend Regional Medical Center in Alpine, TX. Full-time with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and on-call responsibilities. Monday–Friday day shift. Mission to deliver high-quality perioperative care within a community hospital setting.

The role requires an ADN with Texas RN licensure; a BSN is preferred. You’ll work with a surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate's degree and Texas RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Familiar with standard nursing concepts and procedures.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties for the surgical patient per Nursing Standards of Care.
• Link sterile and non-sterile fields as part of the surgical team.
• Organize and oversee the operating room during procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain patient safety, assist scrub team, and manage equipment and supplies.
