• 3-5 years of RN experience in an acute care environment.
• 2-4 years of Operating Room RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to drive performance and quality outcomes.
• Identifies LEAN projects and applies process-improvement tools.
• Manages budgets and personnel from hiring to performance reviews; monitors cost containment and revenue.
• Maintains staffing plans aligned with budget and key quality indicators.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and responds to unplanned demands while ensuring patient-directed care.
