Qualifications

• RN license current
• CNOR certification or must be attained within 1 year of hire
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer to role
• 5+ years of perioperative nursing experience
• 2+ years of leadership, educator, or professional development experience

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for operational, clinical, and educational functions of Surgical Services.
• Advance quality outcomes, patient safety, workforce development, and regulatory readiness through leadership and resource management.
• Align departmental performance with organizational objectives while promoting evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
• Partner with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational and clinical excellence
