Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Westwood, NJ is seeking a Nursing Administration House Supervisor RN for a variable shift on a full-time basis. The role serves as on-site administrative representative, coordinating hospital operations and patient care across departments.

Qualified candidates should have an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program, NJ RN license, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Leadership experience and a focus on patient safety are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN‑accredited program in nursing.
• Two (2) years of successful leadership experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the assigned service area is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with NJ Board of Nursing.
• Resuscitation certifications acceptable if issued by ARC and AHA; active certifications required on hire (BLS within 14 days, ACLS, PALS).

Responsibilities

• This position serves as an on-site administrative representative.
• They will facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff and regulatory agencies.
• This person routine rounds through hospital departments, coordinating human resources necessary for hospital functioning and patient care.
• They will enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from the administrator on call.
• Preferred: Experience with patient safety best practices.
