Job summary

Winchester Hospital is seeking an independently licensed NP or PA to join our Surgical Services team for night shifts. You will provide post-op care on the floor and ICU, evaluate and admit ED patients, and participate as first assistant in the OR, including robotic cases.

You'll collaborate with specialist physicians in a fast-paced, high-quality inpatient setting with EPIC EHR. Required: MS in PA studies or active MA NP license, DEA, BLS, ACLS; preferred 1+ year of surgical experience.

Qualifications

• MS in Physician Assistant Studies or active MA Nurse Practitioner license.
• State & Federal DEA licensure, BLS, and ACLS.
• Clinical experience in Surgical Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-op care on the floor and ICU.
• Evaluate and admit patients from the ED.
• Evaluate surgical consult patients.
• Perform bedside procedures.
• First assist in the OR (including robotic surgery) as needed.
