You will set the standard for patient care, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in a nonprofit, 112-bed hospital environment.

You will manage staffing, participate in process improvements, and align operations with fiscal and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of four (4) years of direct OR experience.
• Direct OR experience - scrubbing or circulating or minimum of one (1) year in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for patient care and empower teams to achieve clinical excellence.
• Advocate for your team and translate insights into actionable staff strategies.
• Lead and educate teams, handling tough conversations with confidence and grace.
• Oversee Surgery Unit, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Sterile Processing and related initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and department goals, including fiscal objectives.
