Job summary

The role ensures operational and fiscal management aligned with the center's mission and standards.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive performance improvement initiatives, and support compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while mentoring staff and upholding

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in progressive perioperative or surgical services.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in healthcare management with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the surgical services department.
• Ensure availability of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet patient and procedural needs.
• Assist in evaluating perioperative practices and implement improvement strategies.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to surgical services personnel.
• Collaborate with perioperative management to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of perioperative personnel.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and compliance with policies.
