Advocate Health Care is seeking a supply chain professional to manage surgical services inventory, case carts, and data entry for SSI materials. The role supports collaboration with CPD, physicians, and vendors to ensure timely availability of supplies and equipment.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2 years in supply management, with basic PC skills and strong communications. It is a full-time, 40-hour week based at GLH facilities in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience in supply management.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to communicate, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Implements processes and procedures for supply/equipment evaluation and acquisition for Surgical Services.
• Maintains Surgical Services inventory systems including the case cart process.
• Accurately enters SSI supply data and maintains the supply database.
• Assists in Surgical Services supply acquisition and cost reduction.
• Monitors OR schedules to ensure supply/implant availability and equipment readiness.
• Acts as liaison to physicians and Surgical Services staff with sales reps for supply/equipment matters.
