Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor in Miami Beach to lead OR inventory replenishment, distribution, and receiving for Surgical Services.

The role ensures accuracy of cycles counts, monitors daily inventory, and collaborates with OR managers and vendors to maintain efficient supply flow. The candidate should have a Associate's Degree in a related field and at least five years of healthcare supervisory experience, with preference for prior use of

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related field (3+ years of related work experience or 5 years Scrub Tech experience can be used as substitute for degree).
• Five years experience in a healthcare supervisory position and warehouse materials handling, preferred.
• Five years experience using an automated inventory system, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff responsible for OR inventory replenishment and distribution for Surgical Services.
• Reviews inventory usage reports and adjusts reorder points to ensure timely supply flow.
• Coordinates product conversions and changes to inventory; liaises with Materials and vendor teams.
• Maintains cycle counts and reports discrepancies above $10,000 to management.
• Oversees inventory values, monitors month-end variances and implements process improvements.
