Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs patient care management in the surgical areas/unit.
• Manages staffing, scheduling and budgeting for efficiency and quality care.
• Drives performance improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Liaisons with hospital departments to optimize patient flow and safety.
• Acts as liaison among hospital departments to ensure patient-first care.
• Ensures safe and effective care with staff training and development.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to hospital policies and mission.
• Performs additional duties related to patient care and unit operations as assigned.
