Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Connecticut seeks a strategic Director of Surgical Services to oversee perioperative operations across the network, aligning safety, efficiency, and quality in care delivery.

You will lead OR, pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and ambulatory surgery, drive performance improvement, manage budgets and staffing, and mentor leaders to advance clinical capability across facilities.
