Medasource is seeking travel CST/OR nurses for the HCA HealthONE Centennial PACU (700). The unit handles surgical care with OR suites and a 7A–5P schedule. Candidates must hold BLS, NBSTA and DORA certifications and have experience in Orthopedics, Spine, DaVinci, and MAKO procedures.

Medasource emphasizes teamwork and strong collaboration within a busy OR team. Location is Centennial, CO; the unit uses Meditech EMR, and there are multiple OR staff roles and shift patterns.

Competenze

• BLS, NBSTA and DORA certifications are required.
• Ortho, Spine, Davinci and MAKO procedures experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide perioperative care in PACU/OR settings.
• Assist with surgical procedures including ortho and spine.
• Coordinate with OR team to support patient care.
• Maintain Meditech EMR documentation.

• Number of Beds -4 ORs + 1 Endo
• Number of Staff – 4 FT RN, 3 FT CST, 1 PRN RN, 1 Call Only F-Sun OR RN & 1 Call Only F-Sun CST, 2 EVS, 3 SPD
• Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, 1-3 sitters) Depending on OR schedule; Night Shift – None
• Patient Ratios –
• Type of equipment – Stryker
• EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS, NBSTA and DORA Certifications are required
• Ortho, Spine, Davinci, Mako, Globus, Laparoscopic

Preferred or nice to have

candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• CST who has Ortho Total Joints at a level 3 or 4.
