Job summary

Our Client in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Surgical Services professional with 1+ year of Certified Surgical First Assist experience. State licensure and current BLS/ACLS or specialty certifications are required, along with two clinical references.

Position requires passing a physical, TB skin test and up-to-date titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and a respiratory fit test. Tdap/flu vaccines should be current.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical First Assistant with at least 1 year of recent experience.
• Active State Licensure in surgical field.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
• Two current clinical references.
• Physical examination within the last 12 months.
• TB skin test within 12 months.
• Titers for MMR/Hep B/Varicella and Respiratory Fit Test within 12 months.
• Tdap/Flu vaccination current.
