RWJBarnabas Health's RWJUH Hamilton Hospital is seeking an OR Scrub Technician to support a high‑performing perioperative team. You will scrub on diverse procedures, maintain aseptic technique, and assist with preoperative care under RN supervision.

Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technician Program, hold CST and BCLS credentials, and are committed to safety and teamwork in a fast‑paced operating room.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician Program.
• Current CST credential.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Commitment to providing clinical care according to policies, procedures, standards of care, and role specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Scrub on assigned procedures with aseptic technique and assist the surgical team.
• Anticipate equipment and instrument needs and test functionality.
• Maintain Universal Precautions and sterile environment throughout cases.
• Assist with case cart preparation, implants checks, and supplies as needed.
• Perform end-of-case cleanup and proper instrument handling.

Educación
