Qualifications

Responsibilities
Prepare operating rooms with necessary surgical instruments and supplies.
Maintain sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
Assist during surgeries by passing instruments and monitoring needs of the surgical team.
Perform counts of instruments and sponges to ensure nothing is retained.
Handle surgical specimens properly.
Support patient safety during procedures.
Clean and restock instruments and supplies post-surgery.
Collaborate effectively with surgical team members.
Follow hospital policies and regulations.
