Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) License, LPN, or Certified Surgical Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary surgical instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Assist during surgeries by passing instruments and monitoring needs of the surgical team.
• Perform counts of instruments and sponges to ensure nothing is retained.
• Handle surgical specimens properly.
• Support patient safety during procedures.
• Clean and restock instruments and supplies post-surgery.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical team members.
• Follow hospital policies and regulations.
