Job summary

USPI Oro Valley Surgical Suites is seeking a motivated Surgical Scrub Tech to join our fast-paced ASC environment. The role supports the surgical team, prepares supplies and equipment, and participates in quality improvement efforts.

Ideal candidates have hospital OR experience, knowledge of aseptic techniques, and strong teamwork. Preference given to those with orthopedic experience and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Completion of surgical technician program or 2+ years experience preferred.
• Certification in OR Technology preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures as a key member of the surgical team.
• Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Support quality improvement activities within the center.
• Experience with Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry and Urology.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Surgical technician program or 2 years experience

Certification in OR Technology

Current CPR certification
