Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our in-office team in Helena, MT. This full-time contract role requires a CST, 2 years of experience, and on-call duties.

Epic EMR experience and BLS are required, with a focus on ortho, gyn, robotic, urology, general, ENT, and spine cases. Shifts are 4-10s with on-call responsibilities; hospital provides scrubs and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with active certification.
• Minimum of 2 years CST experience; prior travel experience required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with OR setups across multiple specialties: ortho, gyn, robotic, urology, general, ENT, spine.
• EMR: Epic is in use at the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile technique in the operating room and assist surgical team.
• Prepare and drape sterile fields and pass instruments.
• Assist surgeons with equipment and patient positioning as needed.
