Kansas Health System is seeking a part-time Scrub Technician for Great Bend Hospital. The role involves maintaining asepsis, preparing instruments, and supporting the surgeon during procedures.

The Surgical Technologist - GB, under the direction of the Registered Nurse and the Nurse Manager, handles the instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. He/she understands the surgical procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. He/she has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the surgical procedure and is maintains constant vigilance of the sterile field.
