Responsibilities

• Schedules cases and pre-registers patients interacting closely with surgeons, surgeon's office staff, anesthesia and pre-surgery nurses.
• Coordinates surgical services scheduling for patient/customer satisfaction.
• Answers incoming calls and provides patient instruction regarding procedures.
