Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a hospital registration/scheduling professional to join our patient access team in New Jersey.

The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and accurate data entry to support patient flow and scheduling across departments. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years in hospital registration or scheduling; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years in hospital registration and/or scheduling with experience in a medical setting is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Software is required.
• Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic OpTime preferred.
• Typing (35 wpm is preferred).
