Job summary

AtlantiCare's Scheduling Coordinator for Imaging Services ensures accurate daily scheduling and complete medical records prior to exams. You will work with the imaging team, patients, and provider offices to obtain essential history and reduce delays.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3 years in medical scheduling; familiarity with STAR, PowerChart, IRIS and related systems is preferred. This full-time, day-shift position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years' experience in the medical field as a registrar, receptionist or related position required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer experience with scheduling software; STAR proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and complete scheduling of procedures and required documentation.
• Coordinate with imaging team, patients and provider offices to obtain medical history.
• Support technologist workflow and contribute to performance improvement.
