Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Surgical Scheduler for the OBGYN department. The role schedules surgeries, collaborates with team members to resolve scheduling challenges, and ensures efficient use of the operating room.

The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with office hours Monday-Thursday 8a-4p and Friday 8a-3p, no weekends. A High School diploma and healthcare exposure are required, EPIC experience preferred.

Hourly Pay Range

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Surgical Scheduler - OBGYN
• Location: 100 Spalding, Naperville
• Full Time: 36 hours a week
• Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8a-4p, Friday 8a-3p. No weekends.
• Required Travel: Occasionally

What You Will Do

• Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, this position is responsible for scheduling surgeries for the department. Collaborates with other team members to assist in problem resolution to identify the most efficient schedule.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical terminology or previous experience in healthcare setting
• Ability to communicate using both written and verbal skills
• Proficiency with organizational and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills in order to maintain and modify the scheduling module
• Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience
• One year of EPIC experience
