Qualifications

• Demonstrate consistent professional conduct with meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a positive attitude.
• NYS Licensed Practical Nurse registration, preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appropriate office-based and hospital procedures per provider's orders.
• Coordinate scheduling with patients, providers and hospital staff.
• Communicate scheduling changes/cancellations accurately and promptly.
• Maintain organized workload management to ensure timely appointments.
