Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a Surgical Scheduler to join the Cardiology team located on West Main Street, Waterbury.
The Surgical Scheduler schedules surgical procedures, including, pre and postoperative visits under the direction of the provider. Responsible for maintaining proper provider schedules and coordinating surgeries in accordance with provider templates. Coordinates the surgeons’ OR schedule and aligns it with the ambulatory practice schedule to ensure there are no overlaps. Processes also include obtaining accurate procedure, demographic and insurance information from the patient.
