Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics K.K. is seeking a field-based Clinical Education Specialist in the United States to train surgeons and staff on robotic procedures and devices. You will support live surgeries, optimize OR workflows, and provide hands-on installations and software updates across assigned accounts.

The role requires 2–4 years of clinical experience and a strong interest in medical devices and robotics. Travel will be up to 75%+, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and R&D to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; clinical background preferred.
• 2–4 years clinical experience recommended.
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.
• Aqua Academy completion or willingness to complete training is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Support live procedures to ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Provide in-service and field support, including installations and software updates.
• Coordinate procedural scheduling and improve case coverage.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention.
• Collaborate with team to drive program efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support marketing and training events with setup and presentations.
• Gather customer insights for Marketing and R&D to inform product enhancements.
• Maintain accurate case logs, expenses, and admin in Salesforce.
• Travel 75% or more as necessary.
