Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Surgical Robotics is seeking a Detailed Scheduler in Santa Clara, CA. You will translate production plans into detailed schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, warehouse, quality and planning teams to ensure schedule adherence and efficient plant execution.

The role requires 2+ years in planning or related fields, ERP/MRP expertise, and strong Excel skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in planning, purchasing, or operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and MRP.
• Strong Excel skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains detailed production schedules reflecting priorities and constraints.
• Generates and monitors work orders (WOs) per MPS.
• Optimizes schedule to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Coordinates schedule changes with plant stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Supports New Product Introduction schedules for evaluations and material readiness.
